Some clients in Dallas, TX may have had a temporary outage, Lasting approximately 53 minutes before the routers came back online and then a shorter 13 minute outage followed in order for us to apply tweaks to prevent this error from happening in future.
We have planned works to carry this fix out on all locations, The schedule is as below and effected clients will be emailed.
July 8th, 2022 2:15PM EST Zone 5 switch will go into maintenance causing possibly up to 15 minutes of downtime.
Once network has been restored to Zone 5 we will proceed with our next task.
July 8th, 2022 3:00PM EST Zone 7 switch will go into maintenance causing possibly up to 15 minutes of downtime.
Once network has been restored to Zone 7 we will proceed with our next task.
All other services are currently expected to be fine and will not require any downtime.
